Based in the Piedmontese Langhe hills, Casigliano transforms the tradition of aromatized wines into a natural and refined art.

BAROLO CHINATO

It can be enjoyed as an aperitif with a splash of seltz, or as an excellent digestif served at the end of a meal as a meditation wine; or better yet, as a “conversation wine” (vino della chiacchiera), to be sipped slowly. It is particularly well-suited for pairing with desserts and chocolate-based pastries.
The history of Barolo Chinato dates back to the late 19th century. It was “invented” using formulas slightly different from today’s, yet all shared Cinchona Calisaya (China) as the primary ingredient infused in the wine.no.

BASTIANIN

“Brûlé” means burnt or cooked: to find comfort during cold winter evenings, our grandparents used to heat red wine, flavoring it with the few spices available in the pantries of the time. With Brûlé Sargentin, we aim to rediscover and elevate this ancient tradition. We have refined the original recipe starting from a prestigious aged wine from the Langa region (Nebbiolo D.O.C.), enriched with a delicate infusion of cloves, nutmeg, orange, cinchona calisaya, and other spices.

Bottle 0,75 Lt.

LANGAMER

Thanks to its unique digestive properties and moderate alcohol content, Langamèr (the bitter of the Langhe) is an excellent alternative to traditional bitters, from which it clearly stands out. Sipped from a large wine glass, neat at room temperature, it reveals a pleasant, elegant, and persistent taste, along with an enticing and delicate aroma of spices. The inspiration for this aromatic wine came from the intuition to blend the centuries-old tradition and experience of the Langa region with passionate modern research.
